Embarking on the journey of therapy is both challenging and exhilarating. My commitment is to foster a secure, supportive, and transformative space for each client. I specialize in assisting adults facing diverse challenges, such as relationship issues, trauma, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, anxiety, and fertility struggles. Additionally, I find fulfillment in collaborating with individuals who seek to explore and comprehend identity issues, break free from detrimental relationship patterns, and enhance overall self-awareness.

In our sessions, I aim to provide a compassionate environment that encourages personal growth and insights. Together, we can navigate your unique path toward healing and self-discovery.

My Approach

I am interactive and supportive in my style of therapy; working collaboratively with each client to identify therapeutic goals, subside bothersome symptoms and understand experiences and beliefs that underlie these symptoms to increase each individuals fulfillment in life.

I find myself to be relatable and genuine, what you see is what you get! I work on being honest with my clients and myself, hoping to cultivate change through a supportive relationship.  I often use humor in sessions and find that the process does not always have to be so "heavy."  Identifying if I am a good fit for you is important to our work together. If I am not able to meet your needs, I will work with you to find a therapist that is able to do so and make sure you can have a smooth transition!
