Supervision
Therapy is hard and scary. Taking that first step can feel intimidating, and I'm here to be with you through it. My hope is to cultivate a space that feels safe, honest, supportive, and warm; an environment where every client can comfortably explore their unique path. Amidst the challenges of therapy, my hope is to find elements of fun and humor in the growth process, embracing the excitement of exploring the future.

My Approach

My approach is rooted in meeting you where you are in your life journey. I specialize in working with adolescents, college students, families, and young adults from diverse backgrounds. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, life transitions, or just seeking support, please reach out.
I apply a holistic, trauma-informed approach, viewing each person as a whole and supporting their growth toward their desired destination. In our sessions, I strive to foster open and honest conversations that lead to meaningful growth and development. Therapy, to me, is a partnership. I'm interested in learning about you, your interests, and what makes you, you. I am trained in EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT and SPACE. I am also available for clinical supervision for those working towards a license.
