As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and honest space where individuals feel
heard, seen, and understood. I believe on meeting each individual where they are at and
acknowledging the unique and often difficult experiences that shape each person's path.
I’m passionate about helping people build gratitude for themselves and embrace all aspects of
who they are. Every person has the inner strength to achieve their goals, and I am here to
support, encourage, and help you believe in your own potential. I also believe in the
importance of humor, and where it fits, I incorporate lightness to make the therapeutic process
a bit more approachable. Therapy can be challenging, but it is also a transformative journey. I
want to be the kind of therapist who helps you navigate tough conversations and emotions in a
way that feels authentic to the person I am working with.
I have experience working with parents and families, particularly in my current role at Mt.
Washington Pediatric Hospital. I understand the challenges parents face, from juggling multiple
roles to navigating difficult parenting moments.
My approach always involves honoring the
unique journey of parents and reminding them that they are human too. I have experience
working with Anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders.
If you are looking for a therapist who is warm, compassionate, and committed to helping you
grow, I’d be honored to join you on your therapeutic journey.
